Meet Dr. Kowalski

Leigh Ann Kowalski grew up in New Berlin, IL. She had a desire to be a physician from an early age. She attended Eureka College and majored in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. She received her Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University, After her Master's degree, she attended medical school at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. She completed residency at OSF St. Francis in Peoria, IL. 

Dr. Kowalski enjoys assisting patients with their OB needs throughout their pregnancy and after. She has a specialized interest in minor urogynecological conditions and pelvic organ prolapse. She values spending time with her patients and attending to their individualized needs.

When she is not working, she is tending to her animals (goats, horses and a dog) on her fram and spending time with her new baby boy, Theo. She enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, biking and kayaking. She prefers vacationing in the mountains instead of the beach.
