About Annelise Smith

Annelise Smith is a certified nurse midwife that specializes in full scope women’s health care throughout a woman’s life.

Annelise graduated from Parkland College with an Associate of Science in nursing and then completed her Master of Science in Nurse-Midwifery through University of Illinois-Chicago. She is devoted to listening to her patients so that they feel heard and providing thorough and evidenced based care.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family. She is married and has 3 children. In the spring and summer she can often be found at the ball field, cheering her kids and their teammates on. She also enjoys traveling, reading, and drinking a yummy cup of coffee.
