Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update
We have returned to full services in office. Please see below changes.
- Effective Monday, October 24th 2022: Per recent State of Illinois guidelines, the mask mandate has been lifted. However, we want to continue to be mindful and respectful of each patient's wishes and will leave masks OPTIONAL. If you choose to wear a mask or if you are immunocompromised that makes it necessary to wear a mask, we will honor that preference. Upon request, your provider will wear a mask with you in the room. If you are experiencing cold like symptoms, we kindly ask you to wear a mask and our staff will do the same. If you have a fever, please call and reschedule your appointment.
- If web enabled, we will send you a text message reminder for your appointment. If you are feeling ill, please cancel your appointment through this text message OR give us a call at 309-808-3068 to cancel. Please leave us a message if we do not answer or if it is after hours. Please try to give us advanced notice if possible so that we may use that time if needed.
- Our waiting room is open. Please enter the building and check in at the front desk. You are welcome to sit in any seat in the waiting room. We continue to have them spaced for safety and comfort.
- We are back to seeing everyone in-person. However, in order to reduce the risk of transmission, it might be appropriate for some of our patients to still be assessed at home by telemedicine.
We appreciate you helping us to keep staff and patients healthy.
